Okubo has China, Korea, Mongolia, Vietnam, Nepal, and Japan! It's truly a plethora of international cuisine.
So, I decided to buy the banh mi that I ate and it was delicious!
Stir-fried pork with onions, carrots, and coriander.
The sweet and spicy sauce tastes like Vietnam! That's what it feels like.
Extra 100 yen with fried egg.
Although I knew the name banh mi, it was my first time eating it in Okubo.
The toasted soft French bread is fragrant and has just the right amount of texture, and the sweet and spicy sauce is just right and it's delicious💕
There are several Vietnamese food stands on Okubo Street, but I bought it at Soc Con Fast Food Risu-chan, where I bought it last time.
Since it was a special gift, I also bought mixed chee as a dessert.
When I asked my son what he thought of Mixed Che, he said he didn't remember it! Sigh 😩
What should I do next?
